Mission Your mission is to dig deep into customer needs, guide customers to improve automation solutions, promote all products, establish the business goal, and work with support departments to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Major Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 61 Perform SWOT analysis for responsible territory market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback. 61 Lead customer change, resolutely promote the Full potential program, and collaborate with ICA and support teams to promote more high-value solutions. 61 Plan and organize sales activities, such as demo, seminars, WTL, line audits, solution presentation…etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order. 61 Cooperate with customer and project team in customer project, collect customer’s needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customer with values. 61 Cooperate with marketing team in market activities and market analysis. 61 Cooperate with service, project to achieve customer satisfaction. 61 Cooperate with Finance department to improve the performance of receivable & overdue. 61 Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with customers, distributors, and MTBs. 61 Find, select, develop and manage distributor, if applicable. 61 Report timely and accurately in Salesforce. 61 Continuously improve job required competence, personality and behavior.
Education & Experience 61 University degree or above with engineering background 61 At least 5 years working experience as sales 61 Industrial/machinery industry background is required 61 Premium brands selling experience is required. 61 Advanced training certification or relevant experience, such as project management (experience in operating large projects), contract and legal training (how to avoid and control risks, etc.) is required.
