1. Achieve the area sales targets 1)In charge of managing the performances of all retail stores within the allocated territories and deliver the agreed revenues. 2)Achieve stock control targets in line with company guidelines to prevent financial loss. 3)Motivates and guides the Store Managers to achieve the assigned sales targets. 2.Identify and maximize the business potential area 1) Study and evaluate traffic patterns within each market. 2) Ensure Store Manager establish relationships with outside potential business providers. 3) Collaborate with Brand team to find the best solutions for various marketing activities. 4) Fully understand the organization and functions of department store management team, Cooperate with them for organizing brand event and mall promotion activities. 3. Maximize sales by department (category) in line with company strategy 1) Ensure Store Managers provide proper coaching on additional selling and cross-selling techniques. 2) Provide qualitative feedback to office regarding collection performance. 3) Partner with Visual Merchandising team to find the best displays solutions. 4.The staffing and management of In-store personnel 1) Ensure all employees are well-trained and have the necessary information to perform their roles effectively. This is done through observation during store visits and by providing the Store Manager with guidance on how to react to challenges/changes and to fill in any gaps. 2) Setting work objectives for employees within the store and creating an open dialogue, in order to understand their needs and in order to facilitate the exchange of ideas and improvements. 3) Ensure a plan for succession in the Area by identifying and recognizing top talent, and by continuing to develop the more junior employees, to satisfy future organizational needs. 4) Create a sense of belonging and a positive environment to pursue a stable retention and turnover reduction. 5)Developing and implementing various performance evaluation tasks. 6)Utilize personal network to generate available talent in addition to partnering with HR to post positions or source internal candidates. 5. Uphold respect of CHICJOC standards and procedures 1) Ensure store image. 2) Make sure employees are trained on CHICJOC standards for a correct implementation of visual, product presentation, store image. 3) Make sure people are trained on CHICJOC standards. 4) Coach the Store Managers on how to handle maintenance issues. 5) Ensure that all stores adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, company policies and procedures (all operational issues, administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, legal requirements etc.). 6. Stock Management 1) Ensure stock organization, accuracy and availability (flow of merchandise) within the Area, following the guidelines and strategizes agreed between the Retail and Merchandising Departments. 2) Invest time during the store visit to monitor stock with Store Managers. 3) Ensure the store-to-store transfer requests are sent to the Merchandising Department according to CHICJOC policies and following the strategies agreed between the Retail and Merchandising Departments. 7. Evaluate Competitors, Be aware of competitors’ activity and the impact on the performance of the store. Develop effective networking across the Area and ensure shared knowledge and understanding of market trends. 8. Ensure excellence customer service 1)Coach Store Managers on how to best deliver and maximize the CHICJOC selling ceremony. 2) Ensure Store Manager work in building effective relationship of his staff with new and existing customers. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree, Minimum 10 years retail management experience including at least 5 years experience in managing a complex or multiple locations, Possessing work experience in managing overseas stores. 2. Familiare with operation model of shopping mall. 3. Resourceful with industry information and market trend of target enterprise. 4. Strong leadership and people coaching & developing skill. 5. Proficient in both written and oral English, Be able to accept the necessary travel arrangements.
