Job responsibilities: Support the process of product development from design until sample stage. Order follow-up according to the standard Critical Path method. Support in administrative and filing activities. Coordination and support during buyer's trips. Coordinate with team members, logistic forwarder and 3rd party inspection company. Monitoring on suppliers performance towards order follow up, in time delivery, and compliance towards HEMA minimum requirements on Social Compliance and Quality Control. To be able to work together with suppliers on improvement plans independently. Communicate on a daily base with suppliers and buyers in order to achieve all deadlines in the total buying and production process. Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by the management
Requirements: With minimum 5 years’ merchandising experience in hardgoods fields, working experience in European Buying office is preferred. Bachelor degree (minimum). Good communication skill with the buyers and suppliers. Good spoken & written in English and Mandarin. Problem solving skills. Proficiency in PC skills. Positive, hands-on mentality, independent, proactive and international minded. Highly responsible and self-initiative and a good team player. Occasional travel is required. Able to work under pressure. Immediate availability is preferred.
