Manage the corrective and preventive action process /管理纠正及预防措施的程序
61 Independently handle EXTERNAL quality issues and coordinate with Internal team to dispose / 独立处理外部质量问题并与内部团队协调处理.
61 Document and follow-up internal and external corrective actions / 起草与跟进内部和外部纠正措施。
61 Verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions implemented / 确认已实施纠正措施的效力。
61 Maintain the CA/PA system for internal and external quality /维护CA/PA体系以确保内部与外部质量。
Communicate with the external customer /与外部客户的沟通交流
61 To be focal on customer quality requirements and contact with customer if any concern from SAIFEI internal team /作为客户质量要求传递联络人并将赛飞内部团队问题反馈给客户进行联络处理
61 To be the official contact with the customer regarding product quality issues/ 作为客户方关于质量问题的官方联系人。
61 Validate and send answers to customer complaints / 验证客户投诉并作出反馈。
61 Ensure that all analysis and action plans for customer, internal and external audits and any other CA/PA type are adequate to address the reported conditions / 确保所有客户方，内部与外部审核的分析以及行动计划，以及其他CA/PA类型都与汇报的情况相吻合。

Manage the documentation and records control process /管理文件与记录的控制程序
61 Generate, review, implement and maintain IMS documentation of quality department, work instructions, formats etc /创建，评审，实施与维护质量部门IMS的文件，工作指导说明，表格等。
61 Review and approve technical and performance specifications, quality documents and procedures /评审与批准技术与性能规格，质量文件与流程。
Manage the continuous improvement process /管理持续改善程序
61 Actively support the company continuous improvement initiatives /积极为公司持续改善程序提供支持。
61 Define and provide the required resources to meet the continuous improvement objectives /定义与提供所要求资源，以达成持续改善目标。
61 Lead continuous improvement projects to reach established goals and go beyond /领导持续改善项目以完成或超额完成既定目标。
Manage the audit process /管理审核程序
61 Perform internal audits (process and product) / 实施内部审核（程序与产品）。
61 Feedback to the internal auditor to the continuous improvement of the product and process internal audit /为产品与工艺持续改善的内部审核向内审员提供反馈。
61 Be active internal auditor to support the company’s internal audit process /踊跃成为内部审核员以支持公司的内审程序。
61 Support and attend all required audit (customer, internal, external, etc.) /按照要求参与所有的审核活动并提供支持。（客户，内部，外部审核等）。

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历
61 Bachelor degree from college or university /大学或大专学历。
61 Industrial Engineering career or equivalent / 工业工程领域工作经验或同等经历。
61 Above 5 years’ experience in Quality position in a manufacturing environment /5年以上制造业环境质量岗位工作经验。
61 Experience working under ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems and environmental systems /具有ISO 9001或AS 9100质量体系或环境体系工作经验。
61 Experience leading problem solving by using quality tools / 具有使用质量工具主导问题解决的经验。
61 Experience performing component level and product level FAI process /曾参与部件与产品首件检验程序经验。
61 Experience defining and performing continuous improvement projects /定义与实施持续改善项目经验。
61 AS9100, ISO9001 quality systems management at product manufacturing level /与产品制造有关的AS 9100，ISO 9001质量体系管理经验。
61 Problem solving and planning techniques such as 8D’s, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, etc /解决问题与规划技术如8D, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA等。
61 Fluent English writing and speaking proficiency /英语流利的书写及熟练的听说能力。
61 People administration /人员的管理。
