Main Responsibilities:
87 Work on R&D projects for new product development (formulation and post treatment)
87 Support material selection/collaborating development work for other business units
87 Follow other assigned technical work

Required Experience & Skills:
85 Master or Ph.D. in polymer science and/or Engineering (> 3 years’ experience in R&D development)
85 Well-trained for literature study and can catch key info. for product/tech. development
85 Familiar with processing (e.g., extrusion) and common characterizations (mechanical properties, TGA, DSC...)
85 Familiar with polymeric materials such as engineering and functional polymers
85 Good communication in English to work closely with global team
85 Strong team player with the ability to also work independently
