Key Accountabilitites:
61Manage operational functions and processes related to delivery of screw compressors from our partners in China (ordering, production, quality control, logistics, branding and warehouse management) and take proper actions towards HQ or partners when needed
61Key coordinator between HQ, Sperre China and partners in China on operational issues
61Manage supply chain activities in China in close co-operation with HQ
61Manage product change activities in co-operation with partners and the Product Management team at Sperre HQ
61Supervise quality processes at manufacturing site(s) in China, assist in quality audits with Sperre customers (typically yards, key customers)
61Manage customer visits related to product tests (FAT) and manage follow-up activities
61Manage relationship to classification societies in China
61Accountable for formal adopting work processes and use of digital tools in all operational roles in Sperre China (including training of employees, improvement processes etc)

Qualifications:
61BSc or MSc in manufacturing or supply chain
61Min 5 years experience in an operational management role
61Documented experience with manufacturing, quality and supply chain processes
61Understanding of the electrical domain preferable
