- Provide the market survey and analysis of business development projects including potential markets, customer needs, industry trends, competitions, and new technologies, etc. - Support the market development projects of WGC, Global Innovation Hub "Concrete & Cement" and "Fiber Composites". Research relevant industries, publications, participate events, and interview customers. Work with TS, RD team to drive progress of new business opportunities. - Update the business development progress regularly based on the timeline and requirement. Provide the monthly report of Opportunity Sales Management. - Support BD regular activities. e.g. Sampling application in Sales Force, document preparation, industrial/customer activities, reporting, etc.
Qualifications Required
- Min. Bachelor degree, chemical related background is required. Master degree is preferred. - Min. 5 years working experience in Marketing or BD function. - Proficiency in English, professional and influential presentation skills. - Proven capability of market research, intelligence analysis and conclusion making. - Ability to work independently, self-driven mindset and sprint of team work.
