Main Function Responsibilities and Activities / 本职位的主要责任以及职能:

2、 Develops solutions to complex problems, which require ingenuity and innovation. / 需具备***性与革新性，以制定应对繁复难题的解决方案。
3、 Determines the staffing and equipment necessary for production rates and capacities / 确定为达成生产率与生产能力所必需的员工与设施。
4、 Execute systems that increase productivity by improving the integration of people, materials and equipment /实施通过促进整合人力，材料，与设施来提高生产力的体系。
5、 Assess space and capacity of facilities based on volume to determine utilization rates and recommend any necessary adjustments to footprint. / 评估设备使用空间及其容量，以决定其利用率，如有必要可调节设备的尺寸。
6、 Prepares detailed technical work instructions including Manufacturing Bill of Materials / 监察技术的详细指导说明，包括制造材料单。
7、 Evaluates the impact of engineering change notices planning its implementation while maintaining and recording configuration / 评估工程更改通知，规划实施的同时维护及记录其配置。
8、 Researches continuous improvement through the application of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and other related Industrial Engineering concepts / 研究通过六西格玛，精益生产，5S 等其他相关工业工程管理理念的应用来实现
公司的持续改善。
9、 Recommends modifications to designs to address manufacturability and ensure proper assembly sequencing. / 可适当对设计提出修改建议，以达到产品的可制造性，确保其合理的装配顺序。
10、 Lead or participate in trouble shooting of existing and new processes. / 可指导或参与现有程序或已用程序的疑难解答。
11、 Create and maintain process documentation. Train personnel as it relates to process documentation and procedures / 创建与维护程序文件。培训与程序文件和程序步骤相关的人员。

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历:
1、Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial/ Manufacturing/Electrical/
Mechanical/Aerospace), or equivalent engineering degree / 工程学学士学位（工业 / 制造 /电气 / 机械 / 航空领域），或工程专业同等学位。
2、3 years of experience in an engineering classification / 三年工程类工作经验。
3、2 years Manufacturing Engineering Industry (electrical wiring industry preferred) / 两年制造工程领域的经验 (电气线束领域经验更佳)。
4、 Fluent in English (Written and verbal) required / 流利的英语口语与书写能力。
5、 Knowledge of industrial engineering and manufacturing principles, theories, technologies, and concepts. / 工业工程与制造原则，理论，技术与概念方面知识。
6、Capable of resolving design issues by means of problem-solving methodologies. / 根据问题解决方法论解决设计问题的能力。
7、 Advanced ability to work with computer office applications, e.g. company and customerspecific tools. / 熟练操作办公应用程序，如：公司与客户的特定工具。
