工作内容Job Responsibilities:
1.Follow up on production progress according to the company's production plan to ensure the quality requirements of procurement and production.
2.Responsible for coordinating department work and personnel management, supporting and cooperating with related departments to solve abnormal problems in production.
3.Strictly follow the production regulations and conscientiously fulfill the requirements of the production contract.
4.Regularly evaluate the factory's production capacity and quality control ability and make timely adjustments.

能力要求Qualifications:
1.College degree or above.
2.More than 5 years of team management experience, with more than 5 years of relevant positions in large and medium-sized garment enterprises.
3.Familiar with the production operation and management of clothing factories, including process technology and production processes.
4.Proficient in factory capacity assessment, cost control, quality control, and personnel management.
