Responsibilities: 1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. 2. Set and meet sales targets depend on customers’ forecast and market trend. 3. Frequently travel and engage with customers and prospects to understand their needs, products requirements. 4. Record accurately of sales activities, customer interactions (visit reports, phone call, email etc.), customer forecasts and so on. 5. Negotiate sales terms to close deals while maximizing profit margins. 6. Manage the sales process from inquiry to order fulfillment, make the forecast of repeat orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. 7. Collecting information on market trends, competitor products (features, price, lead-time etc.), competitor activities and market developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience: 1. Engineering bachelor degree 2. 5-years work experience, and minimum 3 years in Sales role, mechanical and hydraulics products sales experience is preferred. 3. Ability to travel frequently. 4. Fluency in English.
