职位描述:销售助理 1.负责处理客户订单(国内国外),并根据客户实际要求制定销售合同; Be responsible for Orders Management(Domestic & Overseas),prepare sales contract according to customers’ requests. 2.安排到期订单发货; Arrange Due Order Delivery. 3.催促客户货款; Push Customer’s payment for goods. 4.统计每月销售订单金额;按照要求每周,每月发送各种报告; In charge of Monthly sales orders’ report. 5.处理产品售后问题,维护客户关系; Handle product after-sales issues and maintain customer relationships. 6.其他销售支持等; Other assist job requested from Sales, etc. 7.根据客户需求,合理库存备货; Prepare reasonable inventory according to customer needs. 8.处理日常上级安排的其他办公事务。 Handle daily office matters. 岗位要求: 1,本科学历,专业不限,应届毕业生愿意学习的也可以考虑; Bachelor Degre, Major is unlimited, undergraduate with good willing to study is considerable 2,英语水平熟练,CET4 at least; Good English level both written and spoken, CET4 is at least; 3, 学习态度好,工作脚踏实地; Good learning attitude, with earnest working attitude. 4,良好的沟通能力。 Good communication skill.
