About the Role: As a CBRE Facilities Supervisor, you will supervise the team that coordinates with clients, vendors, and contractors to make sure work orders are complete. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans. What You’ll Do: 61 Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. 61 Point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers by ensuring all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood, and implemented. 61 Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment. 61 Review data from work order reports and create and present performance and progress status reports to management. Make suggestions on how to improve efficiency. 61 Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building. 61 Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors. 61 Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses. 61 Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives. 61 May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives. 61 Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams. 61 Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives. 61 Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus. What You’ll Need: 61 High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred. 61 In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required. 61 Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information. 61 Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. 61 Excellent organizational skills with a master- level inquisitive mindset.
