1. 建立和完善华培数能法律事务管理体系及相关制度流程，全面统筹和领导集团的法律事务工作
Establish and enhance the legal affairs management system and related procedures for Sinotec Group, providing comprehensive oversight and leadership of all legal matters.

2. 为集团的日常经营活动及重大决策（包括国内及国际）提供法律支持和风险分析，向管理层提供决策参考
Provide legal support and risk analysis for routine business operations and major decisions, both domestic and international, offering informed insights to management.

3. 参与尽职调查及商务谈判，负责起草和审核公司合同、外发函件等法律文件，制定和完善标准合同
Engage in due diligence and business negotiations, responsible for drafting and reviewing company contracts and external correspondence, and developing and refining standard contracts.

4. 负责重大资本运作项目的方案设计、评估、分析及研究，提供专业的法律意见
Lead the design, evaluation, analysis, and research of significant capital operations projects, delivering expert legal opinions.

5. 管理重大合同的谈判、起草、审核，并监督合同履行的合规性
Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and review of major contracts, ensuring compliance throughout their execution.
任职资格:
任职要求 (Qualifications)：
1. 具有法律专业全日制本科及以上学历（***），持有有效的律师执业资格
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, with a valid legal practice license.

2. 具备8年以上法律工作经验，其中至少3年在大型企业或集团总部工作经历，至少3年执业律师经历
A minimum of 8 years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in a large enterprise or corporate headquarters, and 3 years as a practicing attorney.

3. 掌握法学知识与专业技能，熟悉公司业务流程，特别是数字能源和智能制造领域
Strong understanding of legal principles and technical expertise, with familiarity in corporate business processes, particularly in the fields of digital energy and smart manufacturing.

4. 精通公司法、合同法、海内外投融资及诉讼相关政策法规，具备处理复杂法律事务的能力
In-depth knowledge of corporate law, contract law, investment, and litigation regulations, with proven ability to manage complex legal issues.

5. 具备出色的沟通协调能力、综合分析判断能力及人际交往能力，展现坚定的立场与良好的职业操守
Demonstrated excellence in communication, coordination, analytical judgment, and interpersonal skills, with a strong professional ethic and integrity.

6. 具备高度的事业心和责任感，及出色的分析和谈判能力
A high degree of commitment and responsibility, along with exceptional analytical and negotiation skills.

7. 有制造型上市公司经验优先
