岗位职责:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Research Technology, Business Management and Product Management teams across Global Research to deliver AI, LLM, Data Analytics & process automation solutions.
2. Translates business concepts into technical delivery by analyzing, designing and building Proof-of-Concept (PoC) to determine viability of business solutions.
3. Manage the entire IT project lifecycle – analyze business requirements, design implementable technical solutions that leverage process automation technologies and development best practices, conduct IT and user testing, provide user training and documentation, deploy solutions to global stakeholders and provide post production IT support.
4. Work with global teams to ensure business solutions delivered support business needs of all regions across Global Research.
5. Full accountability for delivering solutions – ensure deliverables are completed or escalated on time.
6. Engage with stakeholders for feedback and continuously enhance business solutions.
7. Be a team player, working across the organization with skills to indirectly manage and influence.

Skills we are looking for:
1. Professional experience with IT project implementations in business analyst / tech role.
2. Hands-on implementation experience with automation, analytics, workflow tools (preferably Microsoft Power Apps -PowerAutomate / Dynamics, Microsoft Copilot, Alteryx, VBA, BusinessObjects, Tableau, Sharepoint etc.).
3. Technical experience in IT application development and management with HTML, java/Spring/Hibernate, Database, JIRA, Confluence etc.
4. Familiar with working in Agile methodology – build PoCs rapidly and adapt to changes.
5. Skillset in leveraging Python, Business Objects, Tableau, SQL etc to analyze datasets.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving (find solutions to problems).
7. Able to work effectively in a global virtual team (flexibility in working with team members from different timezone, over virtual meeting tools such as Skype).
8. Professional experience in a banking environment is a plus.
9. Fluent English (speak, read, write).
10. Proactive / self-starter approach to work – if you see a problem raise it with the team and look for ways on how it can be resolved (not wait to be asked).
11. A confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences.
