岗位职责: PLANNING In line with the whole brand development strategy, responsible for the implementation of Tmall, Tiktok and mini program platform operation strategy. OPERATION & EXECUTION 1. Based on brand strategy and sales target, execute platform marketing promotion plan and store management. 2. Responsible for platform daily activity planning, daily basic operation, commodity inventory management, TP communication management. 3. Strive for brand resources in various platforms to achieve sales targets. 4. Responsible for controlling the daily activity data report of the store and analysis of industry and competitive products. 5. Control the expenses, expenditure, ROI and overall revenue of the platform. 6. Control the promotion mechanism, page display and site material, maintain the brand online image. COMMUNICATION 1. In-time and clear request with sales input on business needs. 2. Well manage the performance and improve the agencies’ understanding & working efficiency. 3. Maintain good relationship with Tmall to earn more information and resource . 4. Good team work spirit, hard-working, strong communication skills and project promotion ability. 5. Strong data processing skills, data sensitivity and industry acumen are required. 任职要求: 1. Familiarity with China online retail operation, particularly Tmall 2. Experience in managing critical paths and working with third parties (TP) 3. Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel & PPT 4. English reading and writing 5. Good follow-up and follow-through
