JOB SUMMARY: Assist the Manager/Senior for the execution team for the respective category and work with category manager to define and implement sourcing strategy for Home Appliances, participate in negotiation, proactively identify productivity opportunities, ensure project execution, continuously drive supplier performance to meet Newell new standard JOB DUTIES: 1. Support the Sourcing Manager and participate in negotiation together with category managers supplier master agreement, pricing mechanism and other contracts and issues 2. Resolve ad hoc issues at suppliers, participate in cross-functional team to partner with category managers to resolve day to day issues, also to execute their strategic initiatives 3. Ensure NPD and transfer projects on cost, on time, on quality 4. Work with quality and supply chain, drive supplier performance improvement 5. Support Sourcing Manager to provide Industry technology/supplier base update to category leaders to support strategy formation and modification JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelor degree in Supply Chain or Engineering 2. 8+ years of experience in sourcing/supply chain in Multi-national company
