General Purpose/job description: 1. Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational goals while aligning with headquarters guidelines: - Raising awareness for Elmo’s Solutions - Leverage Elmo’s reputation - Maintain Elmo’s brand all over the region - Reach more potential clients 2. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the specific regions (local company brand) and give fully support to the sales regions managers. Area of Responsibility: 1. Strategy &brand: - Partnership for the definition, construction and implementation of the marketing strategy of the company's products while aligning with headquarters guidelines - Define the marketing strategy, positioning and marketing channels in the territory. 2. Monitor &Analyses: - Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications. - Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing. - Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information. - Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results - Report on return on investment and key performance metrics - Monitor industry best practices 3. Action lists (tactics) : - Manage all marketing plans and projects for new and existing products - Campaign : o Preparing online and print marketing campaigns. o Creating a wide range of different marketing materials. o Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches. o Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives. o mediator with media and advertising o manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities - Research: o conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products o create lead generation for exciting customers and potential ones via SF and targeted list - Platforms: o expand and develop and manage all marketing platforms for the region - Budget: o manage the marketing budget while aligning with headquarters guidelines o deliver marketing activity within agreed budget - Collaborate with the sales function List of marketing tactical plans to be managed by this role : o Events, shows o Lead generation (landing pages, banners, SF) o Social media o PR o WEB & Online websites o Mobile marketing o Marketing material (product pages, ppts , brochures ) (localization) o Email marketing (targeting and segmentation), newsletters o Content marketing plan for the region o Localization – web site o SEO (key words) for the regional domain o SEM, PPC, remarketing for the regional domain o Unions and association o Awards, call to paper o Customer success stories o Technical groups, blogs o Market research o Webinars and workshops for customers o Movies ,demos o Press conference for journalists o Purchasing distribution lists o Marketing automation o Prints AD’s
Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in high-tech companies that develop and market software- based hardware products. - Significant experience in companies that market technological products to the high-tech industry - Proven experience in online “Digital” marketing - Experience in managing a marketing team - required - Experience in operating subcontractors in the field of marketing - required - Ability to lead and teamwork in a dynamic and changing environment - Excellent written and oral expression both in English & Chinese - Experience and knowledge in PR - PRODUCT MARKETING - experience and knowledge 该职位工作期限为6个月!签正式劳动合同,交五险一金。2025年2月-3月份起为期6个月。
