Client Implementation Analyst
Job Description Summary
The Client Implementation Analyst supports the efficient delivery of implementation tasks and will act as a dedicated technical support resource throughout the project, working under the direct supervision of the Principal / Client Implementation Manager(s). Key tasks include (but not limited to) undertaking system configuration, sharing file format specifications, performing and creating testing, discussing connectivity and security requirements, supporting the resolution of client queries and issues, support the production of requirement documentation and undertaking data analysis when required. The Client Implementation Analyst participates in regular implementation calls and specific technology calls (with Technology) if required during the course of the implementation.
Job Description
The staff is a key critical staff handling supply chain finance supplier onboarding
61 Co-ordinating with the potential suppliers on the commercial / KYC documentation to onboarding them on to the FSC program
61 Support any servicing to the suppliers queries over call / emails regarding onboarding / transactions etc
61 Track / manage escalations from suppliers for any queries sent by them
61 Liase with the buyer incase of any queries with regards to suppliers on the program

TFAS (Trade Finance Advisory and Service) team is under RTM (Relationship and Transaction Management) division and provides advisory and service to our Corporate Bank clients’ Trade Finance needs.
Trade Finance provides solutions related to imports, exports or domestic trade transactions that include document handling, financing and risk mitigation. Product examples:
61 Unfunded Trade Solutions
61 Funded Trade Solutions
61 Structured Trade Solutions
61 Distribution and Credit Solutions
61 Factoring
61 Leasing
61 Financial Supply Chain Solutions
Your key responsibilities
Responsible to Onboarding FSC supplier onboarding which includes:
61 Speaking to the potential suppliers to onboard the program
61 Handling documentation & co-ordinate with the CLM team to get them onboard.
61 Handling queries on issues from suppliers & supports training on the planform when required.
All these are part of revenue generation in FSC confirmed payables mandates in China
Your skills and experience
61 Fluent in both oral and written English.
61 Familiar with multi OS platform, applications and experienced in data communication
61 Customer focus and service oriented
61 Good communication and inter-personal skills
61 Ability to work in a team
61 Good interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a good professional relationship with external and internal teams
