Mission Promote CASAPPA distribution network in China, through variant sales initiatives . Improve the existing distributors and develop the new distributors, grow CHS channel sales, support management team achieve CASAPPA China strategy.
Responsibilities and Activities 61 Implement the distribution strategy under the leadership of Sales & Marketing Director. 61 Guide and support responsible distributors’ annual performance goals setting and achievement,and set goals of key customers and key industries of assigned region. 61 Guide distributors on recognizing key customer/area/application/market and make related action plan. 61 Review distributors’ goal status and monitor progress of key action plan periodically 61 Level resources for better service & support to distributors’ business, such as: tech training, service training, new application/products promotion, supply allocation, order management, inventory and AR control, market info sharing, co-visit to customer, management level communication and so on. 61 Be responsible for distributors and key industries sales budget planning & achievement in related region. 61 Monitor the implementation of distributor management policy, and balance the business relationship within the region. 61 Gather and maintain distributors and key final customers database, such as: profile, business composition, organization, level of competence, key customers/areas/applications/markets, development goal, etc. 61 Assist with Distribution agreement development and review. 61 Ensure the effective business processes and seek for continuous improvement. 61 Be responsible for business reports and other projects assigned by the line-manager.
Working condition 61 Office in Shanghai
Requirement 61 Bachelor degree of Mechanical engineering or relevant subject. 61 5+ years’ hands on sales experience with Hydraulic and transmission background preferred in MNCs. 61 Very familiar with Mobile and ralative industries, such as Construction Machine, Material Handling, On-highway machine, Special Vehicle, Mining, oil/gas etc. 61 Excellent interpersonal skill; Ability of effective communication with different levels within distributor/customer’s organization. 61 Customer focus attitude, Self-motivated, Integrity objective. 61 Good team player, and hands on team management experience should be a priority. 61 Ability of account management and time management, hands on experience of project management should be a priority. 61 Ability of business analysis; Pre-sense to market trend 61 Frequent domestic travel is required. 61 A good command of English; Computer skill on MS-office and database.
Professional skills and abilities 61 Experience with Distributor for business development is needed. 61 Key Account management skill is preferable. 61 Sense of new business seeking.
