- Assisting the Operation Manager in arranging and managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, meeting coordination, travel planning and document management. - Coordinating and facilitating communication between departments to ensure smooth and efficient flow of information. - Supporting the Operation Manager in strategic planning and business development by providing relevant data and reports and conducting market research and competitive analysis. - Assisting in preparing materials, presentations, and reports for executive meetings, while recording meeting minutes and action plans. - Tracking project progress, supervising and coordinating team members' work. - Handling confidential and sensitive information, ensuring information security and confidentiality. - Establishing and maintaining good internal and external relationships, representing the Operation Manager in communications with clients, partners, and other stakeholders. - Any other task assigned from the line manager.
Requirements: - 3-5 years of working experience in operation assistant/secretary. - Bachelor's degree or higher, with preference given to relevant majors. - Fluent in Mandarin and English. - Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel. - High level of professionalism and confidentiality, with a strict adherence to handling information securely. - Organized, careful with details. - Have strong learning ability and problem-solving ability. - Positive and able to work under pressure. - Ability to deal with and drive change.
