a. Responsibility
85 Search and identify new qualified components suppliers for global and Asia projects, esp. for light weight projects, e.g. aluminium extrusion, casting, surface treatment or new material parts.
85 Manage and complete components sourcing projects timely according to projects schedule;
85 Identify and mitigate supply chain risks;
85 Monitors supply markets and trends;
85 Lead negotiations of basic supplier agreements;
85 Audit and manage suppliers performance;
85 Cost reduction according to company strategy;
85 Cost and quotation analysis for Asia bidding projects;
85 Proactive pursuit of Advanced Supplier Technology;
b. Requirement
61 More than 3-5 years purchasing experiences, EV or aluminium projects is preferred;
61 Recognized process expert with ability to convey/train knowledge to others;
61 Industry knowledge preferred Demonstrated analytical skills;
61 Knowledge of purchasing processes, negotiating competence as well as high quality and project management awareness;
61 Good communication skills especailly in the international/intercultural context;
61 Good knowlegde of the contract law;
61 Good English spoken and writen;
61 Good knowledge of MS-Office applications;
61 Individual contributor;
