Job responsibilities: 61 Be responsible for polyethylene and polypropylene product sales and marketing in Asia. Product source from both domestic and import (eg. EU / ME / US). Main applications cover flexible and rigid packaging, durable and consumer goods, industrial products, etc. 61 Take charge of sales and marketing work for 3rd party supplier sources, develop export sales opportunities. Execute sales according to allocation and sales strategy. Maintain close relationships with suppliers and customers to plan allocation and sales properly. 61 Develop new product & sustainable application projects in Asia, in line with company development strategy; accomplish the target business result and commercialize projects into volume, to pave the road for POL orient future. 61 Collect related industry regulatory & application updates; interact with industry partners, end-users, and brand owners; achieve business volume aligning with internal strategy and target. 61 Consolidate market intelligence regarding the responsible products: supply demand analysis, competition analysis, focused segment & application analysis, customer demand situation analysis, etc. 61 Deliver professional weekly & monthly report, and other report and assignment requested by management. 61 Liaison with TTE marketing and technical for market info exchange, and product & application development updates. Share learning to Orient team. Qualifications/Experience required: 61 Bachelor’s degree preferrable in Polymer or Chemical related majors. 61 3+ years sales and marketing experience, polymer or chemical related business background preferred. Market / application know-how in packaging segment and plastic processing will be a plus. 61 Good interpersonal skills, well organized with strong communication skills. 61 Fluent in English/Chinese is compulsory. 61 Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 61 Frequent traveling is required.
