As a Marketing Executive, you will be part of our Fine Fragrance Business Unit, bringing your support to the China Fine Fragrance team in Shanghai office to create new iconic perfumes for local brands. Key responsibilities include: 1- INTELLIGENCE TOOL Develop, update, and continuously improve the Fine Fragrance tools in the region. Included but not limited to deep Dive, Category newsletter, Brands Case Studies, Market and trend analysis, Symrise Capabilities.
2- CONCEPT DESIGN/STRATEGY FOR PROJECT - Reactive Daily projects - create and deliver presentations and workshops. From concepts creation to fully integrated solutions & strategy plan based on different client’s request. - Proactive Kits - regular comprehensive category trend presentation, with global but most importantly local insights and examples to inspire clients and boost sales. 3- WECHAT & VIDEO ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT - Strong writing skills to provide creative concepts and copywriting for Wechat. Complete the topic selection, planning, editing, writing, scheduling, and publishing of social media content according to local activities and global IG assets. - Day to day & work closely with Designer freelancer, monitoring post data, backstage message and ensuring digital objectives are met and integrated with overall marketing strategy. 4- EVENT & COLLABORATION - Plan & Executive annual fragrance event for Fine Fragrance China team; - Business development - Develop new partnerships for local events. 5- REGIONAL SUPPORT - Routine samples; office annual gift, materials management; - Global, cross categories client, internal leader host. Qualifications 61 Master’s degree in business or marketing with more than 2 years relevant experience 61 Ideally specialized in perfumery or with previous experience in a fragrance house 61 Native Chinese speaker and fluent English 61 Pro efficiency in Office Tools (PPT, Excel, Word) 61 Photoshop, Graphic and Video Editing would be an advantage
