岗位职责：
· Be proactive and capable to support the site HSE&S manager for compliance of all HSE&S perspectives regarding the requirement of local and
central authority and company, to achieve the site RA (regulation actions)
objectives. For instance, keep watching on the regulations change and keep the site management team updated, improve the operation and process accordingly.
· Initiate, formulate, and implement the AN Policies and Standards in site, localize, improve, update the location procedures, and roll out/implement to
all relevant functions with continuous improvement methodology.
· Be responsible for the HSE&S system maintenance, for instance, the
ISO14001&OHSAS18001, Safety production standardization etc.
· Identify and evaluate HSE&S risk and opportunity by participating the risk assessment, for instance, the MOC, hazard study etc., inspection and audit, go to Gemba, sign the work permit etc.
· Identify the shortcoming of capability in site, plan, and delivery some of the HSE&S training accordingly. For instance, delivery the training for new employee, contractors, do the refresh training as planned etc.
· Be the professionals and advisor to involve in HSE&S Event Investigation and Corrective Action following.
· Be the main watcher of the HSE&S findings closing and report the status&result to HSE&S Manager and other stakeholder periodically.
岗位要求：
· Bachelor’s degree or above, major in chemical or safety or environment engineering
· Strong strategic and conceptual skills with ability to execute and follow through.
· Positive influencing: ability to convince others, gain agreement or acceptance of plans, activities, and ability to move others willingly towards a desired goal or course of action.
· Good read and written English language skills.
