2.建立新产品工艺，不断改进现有工艺和新工艺；

4.具备基本的英语口语和书面表达能力；
5.3年以上电缆行业工作经验。

工作职责
1.处理生产问题，提高质量和生产效率，降低废品率；
2.与QA合作，解决客户投诉，处理质量问题；
3.与整个工程团队合作解决工艺问题；
4.处理生产过程的文件和修改，确保工艺文件正确并及时更新；
5.培训新员工，监督工艺；
6.领导安排的其他临时工作

向工程主管汇报，与生产团队和质量团队密切合作。
JOB PROFILE and DESCRIPTION
1. In charge of high speed cable manufacturing process, such as extrusion, cabling and braiding, jacketing process and so on,
2. To establish new product process and continuously improve the existed and new process;

CORE COMPETENCIES – Knowledge and Skills
1. Familiar with the production process of the cable;
2. Well understanding of cable design and the development procedure;
3. Know the technical reform of the producing equipment;
4. Basic skill in oral and written English;
5. More than 3 years in cable industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1. Deal with the producing problem to improve the quality and production efficiency and lower the scrap;
2. Work with QA to solve complaint from customers and deal with quality issues;
3. Work with the whole engineering team to solve process issues;
4. Handle documentation and modification of the production process to ensure the process documents are correct and updated in time;
5. Train the new staff and supervise the process discipline;
6. Other temporary work assigned by the leader
