Position Summary The Procurement in Integration & Energy is responsible for delivery solutions to Offshore market, serving the shipyards and ship owners in China, Korea region. Under direction of Regional Procurement Manager & working with Procurement Lead, Project Team of Kongsberg is responsible for delivery and procurement in project team.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities -Folow up on Purchase Order in meeting project delivery milestone for regular monitoring with suppliers, logistics, Procurement Lead and/or delivery engineer(s) -Assist Project Manager on contractual matters to ensure compliance, risk management and change management -Interface with Project Planner for project delivery alignment -Interface for Logistics arrangement after FAT -The ability to influence for on time delivery -Follow up with suppliers for POs confirmation -Obtain progress milestone certification and/or proof of delivery from suppliers/contractor to proceed for payment -Other tasks as needed given by manager
Wanted Qualifications & Skills -Min. Degree in Business Administration in Supply Chain -Relevant professional certification in Procurement related will be considered -Minimum 7 years in Project Supply Chain or related experience -EPC experience will be added advantage -Experience in contract negotiation & risk assessment skill will be added advantage -Willing to work under pressure -Strong interpersonal and communication skills -Strong ability to develop relationships with others -A self-starting attitude, ability to work independently on multiple projects -A detail-oriented approach that delivers consistently high-quality services to deadline within a fast-paced environment -Must be able to work within tight timelines while maintaining accuracy and efficiency of assigned tasks -A high degree of computer literacy -The ability to work effectively as a team member in a multi-cultural environment -Willing to learn attitude
