Responsibilities: -Develop project plan: Based on the company's strategy and business needs, develop a project plan, including project schedule, budget, resource requirements, etc. -Organize project team: Coordinate project team members according to the project plan to ensure the smooth implementation of project goals. -Monitor project progress: Regularly monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues in the project, and ensure that the project progresses according to plan. -Manage project risks: Identify and assess project risks, develop corresponding risk response strategies, and ensure successful delivery of the project in terms of risk management. -Communication and cooperation: Maintain close communication with various departments within the company and project stakeholders to ensure the smooth progress of the project as planned. -Writing project documents: Writing project progress reports, project summary reports, and other project documents to facilitate project summary and review.
Requirements: -Bachelor's degree or above, with solid knowledge in Automation, Electronics/Electrical engineering or related fields. -More than 3 years of experience in R&D project management, with rich product development experience and successful project management cases. Experience in developing inverters/servo inverters will be a plus. -Familiar with commonly used project management methods and tools, such as agile development, SCRUM, etc. -Good English skill, CET-6 or above. -Have good communication and coordination skills, possess excellent teamwork spirit and leadership.
