职位描述
Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain a competitive compensation and benefits strategy that supports the company's overall business objectives and talent management goals.
* Conduct market research to benchmark compensation levels and benefits offerings against industry peers and competitors.
* Design and implement performance management systems, including merit increases, bonuses, and incentive plans.
* Manage the annual salary review process, ensuring fairness, transparency, and consistency across the organization.
* Develop and communicate compensation and benefits policies, procedures, and guidelines to employees and managers.
* Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and tax implications.
* Oversee the administration of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee welfare programs.
* Monitor the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs, and make recommendations for improvements based on employee feedback and data analysis.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers related to compensation and benefits.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a multinational or regional role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to design and implement effective compensation and benefits strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Excel, HRIS, and compensation modeling software.
* Knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and good practices in Greater China.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
