This role will be responsible for driving our total rewards strategy and policies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in pay transparency and C&B best practices, especially within Ireland, the US, and Singapore. Key Responsibilities: 61 Develop, implement, and continually refine comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with company goals and local/regional requirements. 61 Design, execute, and regularly review C&B policies, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity across all locations, with a focus on Ireland, US, and Singapore. 61 Lead pay transparency initiatives in accordance with evolving local regulations and global best practices. 61 Advise senior leadership and HRBPs on compensation planning, job evaluation, salary benchmarking, incentive schemes, equity programs, and benefits optimization. 61 Oversee the annual compensation cycle (salary review, bonus, equity grants) and ensure alignment with budget and talent strategy. 61 Stay abreast of C&B trends and legal requirements to ensure ongoing compliance and competitive positioning, with particular attention to pay equity and disclosure mandates. 61 Drive employee communication and education on total rewards programs, fostering understanding and engagement. Qualifications: 61 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field; Master’s or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) preferred. 61 10+ years of progressive experience in C&B/Total Rewards, including multinational or regional roles. 61 In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, pay transparency requirements, and benefits administration, particularly in Ireland, the US, and Singapore. 61 Demonstrated success designing and rolling out C&B policies and programs across diverse geographies. 61 Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. 61 Proven ability to influence senior leaders and partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
