This position performs both traditional receptionist role and general office assistant on advanced administrative responsibilities and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Handling the incoming calls promptly and professionally. 2. Greet and welcome visitors following internal and external procedure. 3. Arrange the courier and name card application timely and properly. 4. Handle office payment process with related departments timely and properly. 5. Support the recruiter on the recruitment activities and candidates' arrangement. 6. Manage the procurement and inventory of office supplies and other consumables. 7. Support the arrangement of office meetings, trainings, events, and employee activities. 8. Coordinate with related department to ensure reception area and public area are tidy and presentable. 9. Liaise with related vendors such as express companies, office equipment maintenance company, property management office and other service providers. 10. Performs advanced administrative responsibilities including but not limited to preparation and analysis of more complex reports and compilation of information from various sources. 11. Other ad hoc support from direct manager or other office leaders.
Key Qualification: 1. College graduate or above, with at least 2 years related working experience. 2. Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken. 3. Professional appearance and polite manner. 4. Excellent communication skills and organizational skills. 5. Good computer skills, such as MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, etc. 6. Patient, caring, inclusive and enduring personality. 7. Sense of responsibility. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. 8. Quick learner and team player.
