Functional Responsibility 1. Contact with customer and agent, acknowledge of the demand and requireme; 负责与客户/代理进行联系,掌握客户和代理的出货需求及服务要求; 2. Plan vessel schedule and price accordingly to SOP; 根据客人需求安排合适船期,严格执行全段服务设置的SOP; 3. Coordinate and communicate with op /customer /agent/shipping line to settle customer consulting; 沟通协调操作,客户,海运代理及船司关系,以解答客户咨询; 4. Monitor team members’ performance and workload and provide assistance or trainning where and when necessary; 监督团队成员的表现和工作量;必要时辅助团队成员完成当前工作,并进行培训; 5. Combine and optimize products, cooperate with domestic and overseas sales to explore new business and new customers; 梳理和优化产品,配合国内和海外销售挖掘新业务和新客户; 6. Update and maintain customer information, SOP and supplier information in time; 及时更新维护客户信息、SOP和供应商信息; 7. Be responsible for handling all kinds of emergencies and report to the leader; 负责处理各类突发事件并及时向上级汇报; 8. Complete other work arranged by direct supervisor and department manager. 完成直接主管或部门经理安排的其他事宜。 Personal Capabilities & Education 1. College degree or above, logistics/foreign trade or related major preferred; 专科及以上学历,物流/外贸或相关专业优先考虑; 2. Be carefully, serious, good communication, good teamwork spirt, open and clear character, can under the strong working pressure; 认真细心,善于沟通,有良好的团队协作精神;性格开朗,能承受一定的工作压力; 3. Familiar with office software, good listening and speaking ability, good communication with overseas agent independently; 熟悉office办公软件;英语听说读写良好,能独立与海外代理及客户沟通; 4. With over 1 year forwarding operation/op experience on seafreight is better; 有1年以上货代海运客服/操作经验者优先考虑; 5. Sense of responsibility, ability to multi-task, manage time and finish work in time. 责任感强, 能同时处理多项工作任务,良好的管理工作时间并按时完成工作
