岗位职责 1. Responsible for all customer service after all products leave the factory 负责所有产品出厂后的所有客户服务 2. Accept, analyze and identify the customer complaints of the sold products according to the process, and feed back the situation to the customer in time to obtain the customer's approval 根据流程接受、分析、识别所售产品的客户投诉,并及时将情况反馈给客户,获得客户认可 3. Visit end users and distributions regularly, take the initiative to understand customers' difficulties or requirements, so as to improve customer satisfaction; 定期回访终端客户及代理商,主动了解客户的困难或需求,从而提升客户满意度 4.
