Lead creativity and innovation to deliver exceptional customer experience, drive traffic to offline stores - Support for New Boutique or Retail Corner Projects preparation and opening - Assist LM to develop Mystery Shopper program and lead successful initiatives of improving customer satisfaction, could conduct service excellence on-site coach at offline stores - Assist LM to develop Master Class script content, roll-out new master class sessions and other offline experience workshops - Assist LM to develop VM guideline for retail network, manage staff uniforms and VM props - Assist LM to manage Demo agencies, implement actionable solutions for retention & recruitment at Retail Corners - Carry out intra-team motivation activity, sales competition, service assessment, recipe-making competition and others - In-store Innovation projects development, e.g. engraving machine, coffee art, new product communication, and others - Online to offline traffic driving innovations Measurements / Performance Indicators '- New Retail projects open successfully - play a key role in implementing new initiatives and processes to enhance the overall retail experience. - deliver high-quality VM guideline that meets actual retail business needs - carry out intra-team activities once a month - Initial and execute traffic driven plans - Internal and external cooperation with cross-functional projects, e.g. Wecom, POS and others, monitor and analyze results to identify trends and opportunities for improvement -Able to work in Boutiques and Retail Corners periodically. -Able to travel to assist with new store openings; trainings, etc. Able to work occasionally on weekends.
