Job Description DuPont ST Litho business is looking for an energetic and passionate young technical sale to manage key accounts and grow business in South China. You will be tasked to defend market shares and grow new businesses with initiatives, strategy/tactics, and strong execution. The technical sales should be self-motivated and self-driven to win new businesses and enjoy on-job learning and problem solving.
Responsibilities 61 Technical sales for E&I Lithography business in China 61 Key account management delivering business goals and growing market share 61 Identify, manage and deliver new business opportunities to achieve revenue, profit and growth targets 61 Develop multi-level relationship inside and outside 61 Collaborate with R&D, Engineering team, Marketing, supply chain, quality and other functions within the business to enhance project success rate 61 The candidate will report to China Sales Leader Job Qualifications 61 3-5 years’ experience in semiconductor industry or electronic Materials 61 Energetic, persevere, strong drive to succeed 61 Eager to learn and grow on job, comfortable with multi-tasking, able to bring creative business and technical solutions to addressing technical and business challenges 61 Excellent communication skills and presentation skills 61 Team player, strong interpersonal skills 61 Ability to travel within China at least 50% of the time. Flexible in work schedule 61 B.S/M.S in material science or organic/inorganic chemistry/Chemical Engineering. 61 Fluent in English and Mandarin
Preferred Qualifications 61 Experience in lithographic process technology is preferred 61 Good negotiation skills, ability to work effectively in matrix organizations, internally and externally 61 Ability to interact at multiple levels in customer organizations, including senior management 61 Flexibility, willingness to work in and adapt to a rapidly changing multicultural business environment
