Trip IBU CSC (Customer Support Center) Flight Product Trainee Program aims to develop high-potential talents through rotating in Customer Service, Quality, Workforce Management, ,Service Procedure, Team management and other teams within 6 months . As a trainee in the CSC Flight Team , you will:

Qualification
61 Bachelor degree or above, major in Mathematics or Statistics is a plus.
61Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Korean/Japanese/Thai Language or any other service language will be a plus.
61 Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
61 Strong data analysis skills
61Good communication skill with stakesholders
61 A team player in the` past and willing to join a fast pace environment.
