工作内容：
1. Participate in assays to support drug discovery projects 参与分析以支持药物发现项目；
2. Perform compound profiling and screen 进行复合分析和筛选；
3. Maintain an accurate and record all necessary information 保持准确并记录所有必要信息；
4. Maintain a safe and organized work environment and comply with relevant SOPs 维护安全有序的工作环境，遵守相关SOP；
5. Evaluate and learn new assay technologies in drug discovery with the direction of supervisors 在主管的指导下，评估和学习药物发现中的新检测技术。
候选人要求：
1. Master degree in biology, biochemistry, cell biology, molecular biology or related fields 生物学、生物化学、细胞生物学、分子生物学或相关专业硕士学位；
2. Bachelor candidates need 2-3 years related working experience 本科学历候选人需要2-3年相关细胞研究工作经验；
3. Ability to understand assays and their relevance to the drug targets of interest 能够理解分析及其与药物靶点的相关性；
4. The ability to understand the design and to perform different types of assays具有理解、设计和执行不同类型化学分析的能力；
5. Basic understanding of biochemical, and cell-based assays 对生物化学和基于细胞的分析有基本了解；
6. Work schedule flexibility to accommodate the cell biology experimental constrains 具有较强的学习和时间管理能力，以适应细胞生物学实验的限制；
7. Flexibility reporting to different supervisors to accommodate project needs 适应向不同主管汇报，以适应项目需求；
8. Ability to read English 具有英语读写的能力；
9. MS Office computer skill is a plus 熟练使用微软办公软件者优先。
