Responsibilities: -Support trainings by owning operational tasks incl. but not limited to FLEX and upon-request webinars, offline classroom trainings and workshops, virtual trainings, and big learning campaigns, ensure operational excellence and offer basic facilitations when necessary -Manage data and systems for learning programs. -Engage and communicate with learners via Learning Communication channels to update program information. -Offer onsite support to manage check-in and survey of the programs. Requirements: -Good in written professional English & Chinese -1-2 years working experience, preferably in training management, event management in agencies or outstanding fresh graduate. -Good communication skills -High adaptability to changes -Love to deal with people -hands-on operational excellence with detail orientation -High quality standard -Fast learner with high people agility
Assignment period: - 2-year contract - flexible working time:9:30-18:30/10:00-19:00 - A possibility of working from home.
