Job Responsibilities
1、Retail Operations:
61 Protect all company assets & ensure the assets are properly maintained
61 Monitor & audit cash control procedures are properly followed including: bank deposits, safe funds and petty cash
61 Control store expenses and maintain budgets, continually striving to reduce costs achieve operational excellence
61 Maintain a systematic auditing program to ensure full location compliance in all areas
61 Control store expenses and maintain budgets, continually striving to reduce costs
61 Ensure deliveries are properly processed in a timely manner
61 Support and assume responsibility for the integrity of Shipping/ Receiving in all areas and ensure that staff adheres to all Shipping/Receiving policies and procedures
61 Ensure staff is trained in all areas of appropriate register usage and maintenance
61 Understand and properly execute all management register functions
61 Support, promote and assume responsibility for loss prevention in all areas of risk management, physical security, store cash controls, inventory management, inter-store communication and LP audits
61 Build and maintain good communication with members of corporate office, mall office and other stores
61 Exhibit proficiency in computer programs used by the Company including Word, Excel, PPT
2、Retail Strategy & Planning:
61 Development of retail strategies, including growth strategy, promotion strategy, people strategy, resource optimization strategy, competition strategy, P&L, etc.
61 Sales budgeting, planning, monitoring & following up with regional managers for store action plans
61 Support retail management team in business decision making, by collecting, analyzing all operation information, and identify potential improvement opportunities
61 Maintaining & optimizing retail database & all reporting system to support regular decision making
61 Convert business result into comprehensive KPIs, and set clear targets from top to bottom
61 Monitoring business status on real time basis, to identify opportunities for improvement and evaluate store performance with 360% perspective
61 Work with regional retail management teams and other related departments to develop action plans to improve business performance
61 Ad hoc projects for other operation enhancement

4、Communication & Coordination:
61 Closely coordinating with other functions, mostly merchandising, marketing team, finance team, HR team, IT team & business development team, about product planning, allocation, replenishment & re-balancing, promotion planning, seasonal sales campaign planning, CRM event planning, budget forecast & planning, payroll cost/productivity planning and monitoring, operation P&L, reporting system update, commercial network planning, etc
61 Represent retail team attend cross function projects
61 Ensure efficient communication between retail management teams and retail stores about all sales, product & CRM related tasks
Qualifications:
61 Bachelor degree and above, preferred major in accounting, math, statistics
61 At least 1-2 years’ work experience in retail industry; luxury is a plus
61 Strong fashion sense and interest
61 Extremely sensitive to numbers; strong data analysis skills
61 Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, PPT & Word
61 Energetic, open, and forthcoming attitude
61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
61 Strong problem-solving skills
61 Driven to execute efficiently and accurately
61 Professional demeanor
61 Proactive, ambitious, flexible, and entrepreneurial; able to work in a startup environment
61 Fluent in Mandarin and English both written and oral
