Job Responsibilities
1. Strategy:
1.1. Support Marketing Head for the development of China B2C marketing and branding strategy delivering on marketing objectives.
1.2. Work with Global team to localize and implement global campaigns, with the objectives of enhancing brand awareness and influence of TENCEL64 in China market.

2. Co-branding and PR
2.1. Support Marketing Head to develop co-branding strategies and define budgets, goals and deliverables to drive strategic marketing plan.
2.2. Manage creative agency, brief, create and delivery of storytelling for various co-branding activities and branding & PR projects.
2.3. Partner with cross-functional teams (BD ,Sales, *** and Sustainability) as well as other stakeholder to maximize quality, impact and efficiency for all brand campaigns efforts.
2.4. Search and pitch opportunities to expand TENCEL64 influence through PR and digital activities.
2.5. Drive and report result that deliver key campaign with KPIs.

3. Products license & Marketing license
3.1. Ensures timely completion of incoming products license and marketing license applications for Lenzing’s Textile brands in China.
3.2. Contributes to compliant artworks in accordance with Lenzing’s Branding Guidelines
3.3. Offers customized solutions in accordance with Lenzing’s Licensing Terms and Conditions and Lenzing’s Branding Guidelines

4. Digital Marketing
4.1. Work with Marketing head and Global Digital Team to plan and implement activities of website, SEM and SEO.
4.2. Optimize spend and performance based on digital trend and insights; Leverage social media, KOLs, and livestreaming, to spread the brand's message to its targeted customers.
4.3. Optimize Paid traffic, analyze ROI by tracking results;
4.4. Enhance user experience and conversion rate across all channels
4.5. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns

5. Others
5.1. Sharp sense of brand, Chinese consumer/shopper behavior and culture. Identify right moments and opportunities to drive brand growth.

Qualifications
61 8+ years’ strong B to C experience in brand marketing, PR and digital.
61 Marketing &brand management with proven success record. Industries preferred: lifestyle, fashion, apparel.
61 Agency management skills and a team player with excellent communication and coordination skills,
61 Good experience and knowledge on digital marketing that include social media, KOLs,SEO and SEM
61 Particular experience, especially PR & digital is necessary.
61 Knowledge and experience in textile ingredient brand is advantageous.
61 Strategic thinking, passionate, pro-active, brand savvy, entrepreneur, creative and strong ability to prioritize and deliver on a variety of projects and initiatives.
61 Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
61 PR agency background or experience with good writing skill is preference.
