This role will also support Workforce Administration (WFA) event planning, implementation and delivery for APAC. Accountabilities 61Support employee lifecycle activities including pre-onboarding, onboarding, transfer, separation, reporting etc. in Japan. 61Engage with third party providers to establish, develop and review the suite of services in Japan WFA. 61Provide oversight to Korea WFA activities, identify and deliver E2E solutions to HR, employees and people leaders and address escalated inquiries. 61Drive continuous improvement process and drive cross discipline projects for APAC with limited supervisory. 61Initiate Knowledge Base and Case Management content updates. 61Act as the APAC Position Management and Data Privacy focal and work closely with global team to address escalations. 61Provide information and insights to Global Experience Leader, APAC Regional HR Directors and Regional Discipline Team Leaders to continuously improve Knowledge Base and Case Management content. Korean language skills would be a plus. 61Demonstrated ability leveraging a variety of technology to support inquiry resolution (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, MS Office), experience with data analytics would be advantageous. 61Highly skilled in effectively interacting with and supporting all levels of employees effectively and proactively. 61Capable of multi-tasking and managing competing priorities effectively. 61Critical problem-solving skills, and able to use appropriate judgment in escalation or when to involve other resources in decision making or processing 61Ability to work collaboratively, self-driven, and accountable. 职位要求: Same as Job Description
