This position is based in Shanghai, reports to Head of PR & Social Communication with dotted line working relationship with HQ Social Communication function. Lead annual social communication strategy, manage daily social communication in various social platforms, initiate social campaigns, drive performance optimization, initiate pilot social projects, same for influencer marketing. This position requires solid social and digital communication expertise, strong operational excellence and leadership skills.
KEY RESULT AREAS AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Social communication · Develop annual social strategy for brand exposure, recruitment and engagement with followers across various social platforms. · Initiate social communication along with marketing campaigns, to achieve annual KPI agreed by top management. · Proactively in contact with eco system partners to capture latest trend, customer insights and adapt into actions. · Manage influencer marketing, including build long-term relationship with top tier KOLs to drive brand and product exposure via KOL /KOC/KOS, and maximize brand voice via social grassroot communication. · Leverage social communication opportunities to drive traffic from social leads to e-Commerce channel and support conversion. · Lead team and retainer agency to work towards the goal, with focus on KPI achievement, key team members’ stability and career development. · Support Head of PR & Social Communication to work on social communication related annual A&P, S&D and T&E budget planning, communicate with Marketing Strategy and Project Management Manager timely to ensure high and accurate budget utilization rate
Others · Lead team and agency to provide social contents for BTQ/Landlord needs · Assist BTQ/Landlord with local online media push for new store opening, promotion, anniversary etc.
Job Requirements: · Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in English, Marketing, Digital Communication preferred · Min. 5 – 8 years working experience in social communication, with 1-2 yr leadership experience · Creative and Strategic thinking, open-minded, agile, love to explore and self-challenger · Strong insight for both China social landscape and global platforms · Good project management skill, inter-personal communication skills · Fluent in Mandarin & English is a must
