Market or Other Data Analysis. Involving in Account Communication by necessity, network and leadership among the partners. 2. Lead the Team to Achieve all Sales & Marketing Activities & Quality Control. Marketing Activities to promote Sony Products & Solution, Growth or Competition. Market Development by Industry / Area / Category & Customer Relationship. 3. Problem Solving & Escalating. 4. Team Motivation & People Management. Team Member Coaching. Develop Potential Staffs. 5. Other Overall Management. Necessary Activities to Control the Operation Quality, AR / Inventory and so on. Compliance Management.

Key Qualifications: 1. Bachelor or above. 2. Experience in multinational working environment preferred.
