Key Accountabilities岗位职责
？ Work with product owners, business owners, development teams and other stakeholders, coordinate, report status, and ensure stability of operations oriented work efforts.
？ Support one or more Agile teams through Agile methodologies, lead a team of peers during the course of development to define milestones and ensure on-time and in-scope delivery
？ Be well-managed – understand and coach the team on delivery controls, compliance to minimize operational, and reputational risk
？ Understand domain architecture and targets to identify upstream and downstream dependencies and to support the team in risk management
？ Proactively identify impediments and appropriately resolve using network of peers and formal channels (including escalation if required)
？ Integrate Agile and Lean principles into team practices and working products.
？ Coach Product Owner and team on backlog refinement and prioritization
？ Promote the entire delivery cycle of agile development teams, including agile principles, frameworks, and practices, and coach team members to adopt and use relevant methods in daily work.
？ Responsible for designing, facilitate, and improving the agile team Scrum or Kanban ceremonies, etc.
？ Optimize cross-functional collaboration, coach and help the team to deliver high-quality business value, and ensure transparency into delivery, risks, issues, etc.
？ Design and introduce appropriate metrics and promote continuous improvement of the delivery process & results of business outcome.
？ Promote and impact the ongoing agile & digital transformation in organization.


Experience工作经验
? 6+ years’ IT experience of which is required 3+ years’ agile management experience.
? Scrum Master, Agile, Lean, PMP certification, or equivalent training
? Excellent written and verbal communications across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Knowledge and Skills知识和技能
? Proficient in agile, lean, DevOps, and related mindset, methods, frameworks and practices, such as Scrum, Kanban, LESS, XP etc.
? Familiar with delivery tools chain design and usage for software development and delivery processes, such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
? Familiar with agile product management practices, innovation methods etc.
? Familiar with design and implementation of agile metrics mechanism.
? A growth and agile mindset
? Excellent oral, presentation, and written skills
