New Product Introduction Operation Project Manager -NPO A*ple contractor
Service Description：
New Product Operations is pivotal to the dynamic development and launch of Apple’s products. A successful NPO Manager is a natural leader and facilitator; is driven, organized and detail oriented; excels in program/ project management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment; is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts; leads through relationships and influence: and displays grace under fire. You will support the Team and support NPI development, factory & equipment bring-up, program management, support core process, quality teams and other functional organizations within A*ple. We will be responsible to support the successful launch of the product towards meeting it’s stated schedule, quality, equipment availability and customer experience. New Product Launch Management Support A*ple team's new product introduction efforts within the Operations sphere.
Specific goals include:
61 Assistance on supply chain design, schedule, quality, availability and order cycle time goals
61 Work with team members from across all functions within Operations to develop new product plans
61 Support engineering build, plan/manage engineering build and mass production transition.
61 Leading with OEM manufacturing team to installed needed process and management system, develop, ramp and introduce products by bring up material, line, process, resource readiness.
61 Develop data analysis, visualization & modeling tools to support set updated reporting system, L&L and EQ management database for intelligence data management & searching.
61 Vendor Development : Assess vendor resource and capability for gap analysis, driving
resource and capacity development with cross function team to enable successful product development and ramp by working deeply with vendor management, function leader as well as related Apple team
Key Service Requirements：
61New Product Introduction / Supply Chain Management / Manufacturing Operations /Development or Operations Engineering / Project Management experience.
Ability to succeed in a matrixed environment.
61 Excellent program management and communication skills.
61 Exceptional ability to build relationships; data-driven and willing to take action; enthusiastic and motivated; and detailed while managing several word streams.
61 Demonstrate leadership to facilitate decision and progress even with ambiguity and unclarity by addressing impact, risk and proposal Insight to converge understanding of product/process risk to critical path and translate into actionable plan then persistently carry it out.
61 Exceptional ability to build relationships; clear, logical and consistent communication; data driven and action-oriented; good technology/product/process understanding, enthusiastic and motivated; and detail- oriented while supporting several work-streams Knowledge of automation management as plus.
61 Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Data science . MBA preferred
