Mission: Following the strategy of Grupo Antolin China, manage & develop the existing and new customer, achieve the sales target under the business plan.
Responsibilities: 61 Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them. 61 Coordinating the information flow around sales activities and providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales. 61 Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale. 61 Setting up and following up in a regular basis KPIs in order to measure the efficiency of commercial activity. 61 Business Development for the new customer and new strategy product, increase market shares. 61 Limit LTA negotiations according to targets. 61 Avoid overdue receivables from customers.
What we are looking for: 61 Above bachelor’s degree majored in marketing will be a plus. 61 Good working experience with Automatic industry which is more than 8 years, interior and exterior is preferred. 61 OEM resource for interior, Exterior, Electronic parts in Automotive industry especially for Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, GW, FAW. 61 Experience to drive an existing team is a MUST. 61 Solid connection with top management for customer above is a plus. 61 Good experience to coordinate cross functions, know how to support other functions such as quality issues, plant audit and delivery issues. 61 Exceptional communication and negotiating skills. 61 Fluent English both in oral and written.
