Key responsibilities: Achieve profitable growth in retail business. Negotiate with retail customers on annual sales agreement and make sure the customers can hit the sales target. Cooperate with product management and marketing team to launch new NPI in retail sales channel. Communicate with logistic team tightly and make sure and the retail customers both in reasonable stock level. Visit the retail customers frequently and deliver the customer voice to relevant function team timely. Establish and keep positive relationship with retail customers. Keep track of market dynamics and adjust retail strategy in time. Working customer-oriented and cross-functionally with company internal functions to facilitate the sales and customer support.
Ideal candidate experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or similar field required. Minimum 5-year relevant experience in multi-national Automotive components company, familiar with Auto parts AM and retail business. Fluent in both Mandarin and English. Willing to travel and work under pressure. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
