Corporate Business Intelligence Support 1、Develop and implement BI strategies that align with the organization's business goals and data-driven decision-making needs. 2、Identifies and executes the most relevant topical analysis by synthesizing multiple data sources to inspire new business strategies and opportunities. 3、Monthly monitoring and understanding of category movement, key players performance and sub-channel dynamics and for innovation categories to identify potential opportunities. 4、Preparation of bi-annual review to understand category landscape, trend update, key brands portfolio/hero SKU, channel evolvement, etc. 5、Collaborating with team members to understand the data needs from brands and provide deep-dive reports based on group standard reports to cater for brands’ particular needs / points of interest. 6、Prepare data for insight conversion, by integrating data from external resources (research agencies, consultant, institute, etc.) to pulse the volatile shopper and digital/EC environment
Shopper Assets Management 1、Manage shopper asset tagging and consumer segmentations. 2、Handle SKU and occasion mapping. 3、Handle first-party data usage requests. 4、Authorize on secure multiparty computation platform. 5、Shopper assets review and analysis
Coordinate the budget management and drive internal processes 1、Coordinating agency pitch to meet enhanced sell-out data granularity needs (SKU, pack formats, volume, price) 2、Manager contract, PR/PO/GR processes 3、Provide monthly budget rolling and annual consolidation/ review.
