● Engage in field tests for new software in IoT, API cloud, payment systems, and hardware, ensuring their smooth operation. ● Take part in software validation for new use cases and machine software, guaranteeing quality. ● Contribute to introducing new/changed IoT products and services, driving innovation. Establishing of a knowledge database for troubleshooting Active participation in the product quality improvement process Service Network Controlling & Audit:
● Take charge of service performance audits for distributors and partners. ● Regular visits ensure their adherence to Franke Service standards, guaranteeing customers an outstanding service experience. Project Support in APAC:
● Technical consulting of the sales force and customers both pre - sales and post – sales, such as choice of machine, configuration, preventative maintenance programs etc. ● Support of high priority machine tests and solving of specific technical issues ● Coordination of technical, in-cup quality, and process support of distributors and service partners
What we expect from you:
● Technical Degree in Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related field. ● Proven experience in software testing, validation, and technical support. ● Strong understanding of IoT, API, cloud computing, and payment systems. ● Excellent problem - solving and communication skills. ● Fluent English can be work language
