工作职责:
Key Responsibility
61 To work with a team of scientists and take the responsibility to train, supervise and support team members. To be responsible for team operation, including meeting EH&S compliance and other operational requirements.
61 To optimize existing assay platform and to develop new capabilities to meet market needs.
61 To support routine client interactions, including but not limited to providing business quotation & contract, teleconference presentation, and routine communications, etc.
61 To collaborate with colleagues from different functional units (including other operation units and business development) to support the growth of integrated services.

任职资格:
Qualifications
61 With a PhD degree in biological sciences, and with 2+ years of industrial working experience preferred.
61 With solid scientific training background and good understanding of scientific subjects (oncology preferred), as demonstrated by a strong research publication record. Rich experience with in vitro assay development and data analysis as a must, and relevant industrial experience, and particularly, analysis of large molecules, as a strong plus.
61 In-depth knowledge of cell biology and genetics, and demonstrated enthusiasm in understanding and pursuing new technologies.
61 Excellent written and oral communication skills in English as a must.
61 Capable of working in a large team to support sustained business growth.
61 Management experience in an industrial setting as a strong plus.

Preferred qualifications:
61 Overseas education and working experience.
61 Working experience in contract research organization as a strong plus.
