Project Manager (Junior) Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities of Project Manager (Junior) 1. Under the assistance of senior project managers, be responsible for the operation of projects: from project initiation to project handover. 2. Under the assistance of senior project managers, communicate with clients and gradually improve one's own abilities until being able to handle clients independently. 3. Timely assign clients' requirements to various departments, supervise the completion of relevant tasks by each department, conduct audits, and submit the results to clients. 4. Be responsible for issuing instructions for parts mold opening, tooling, and fixtures; be responsible for issuing engineering guidance documents such as debugging and test transfer cards. 5. Be responsible for establishing and maintaining project tracking tables, problem lists for each stage, design change lists and other project process documents to fully grasp the product status. 6. Be responsible for collecting and archiving quality and technical documents such as drawings, BOM lists, quality plan objectives, and TR materials.
Project Manager Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering or materials-related fields. 2. Over 2 years of project management experience in the automotive industry. 3. English communication skill both in oral and written. 4. Proficient in office software.
