Project Manager Responsibilities 1. Responsible for project execution: from project kick off to project handover. 2. In the absence of any other requirements from the customer, act as the sole technical liaison for the company, responsible for communication with the customer. 3. Timely assign customer requirements to various departments, supervise the completion of relevant tasks by each department, review their outputs, and submit them to the customer. 4. Responsible for leading the team to interpret new project input documents, identify and confirm customer development needs, complete the project initiation report, and follow up with resource departments to finalize the technical solution. 5. Develop a project plan based on project requirements, and track project progress according to the plan; organize the establishment of the APQP team, prepare a team list, execute the company’s APQP processes and plans, complete APQP documentation, and provide milestone deliverables to the customer on time; coordinate various resources to ensure the project runs according to plan and process. 6. Organize technical internal audits for new projects, confirm the closure of risk item lists; lead technical review reporting (TR) work; take charge of reporting technical issues. Project Manager Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering or materials-related fields. 2. Over 3 years of project management experience in the automotive industry. 3. Ability to independently manage projects and communicate with customers in Europe and the United States. 4. English communication skill both in oral and written. 5. Proficient in office software.
